I'm just back from my first swim class. My rear is absolutely kicked, I cannot believe how out of shape I am. It doesn't help that a lot of the people I swim with are high school/college students and the competitor in me comes out immediately saying "If you can do it, I can do it ten times better". I had to remind myself that I'm training for fitness, not for the state championship. Ahhh! I'm so in trouble, but hopefully that 20 lbs will come off fast!
On another sad note, I think I may need eye surgery again. I just can't get them under control! I can't bear the thought of it.
