worked to the bone

I've worked my poor fingers down to the bone. I got called in to help with some packing at the warehouse again, which I am always very happy to do. What I didn't know was how much packing I needed to do! I think I seriously packed about 600+ cd's in individual packages. The cardboard shipping packages were sharp and cut my fingers up! It took me about 14 hours to do all that was asked of me..... but the kids were with me and they actually loved the warehouse! isn't that funny?

my hands are all torn up and sore, but just think how happy I'll be when the check comes in! whoo hoo! And, I've been guaranteed lots of holiday work... good thing, because I'm trying to get money together to get our family to NJ next summer.... and the list of things that need to be done to my car is outrageous!

  2. When I walked into the warehouse, I thought "if I were a kid I would love to hang out in here"
