Oh, gross

First things first, my niece Abbie is here from Pennsylvania! Yay! I always enjoy her company. She's so much fun. Pics to follow soon.

Now, the substance of my day:
Below is a picture of what I ate for breakfast this morning. Can you see it? What is that??? It's supposed to be a graham cracker. What is that large concentration of whitish gray stuff? Let me tell you... it was awful. It tasted like chemicals, and I immediately had a stomach ache. Look, I'm not picky, nor am I a complainer, but this was just so disgusting. I immediately called the company that makes these graham crackers and complained. I tell you what, they passed me up their complaint ladder pretty quickly... good thing too... I could've given these poison-tasting crackers to my kids!!! Ohhhh so gross...

I wanted to post this pic of my angry bikini baby last night, but didn't get to it. Look at those rolls!
Tella LOVES the pool, she squeals and laughs and splashes and kicks her legs and has the time of her life! She even gets excited when she sees the pool.
Tella with Aunt Gabby..
What all babies love to do to Aunt Gabby:

I guess she just has the perfect nose for biting! ha ha ha!

Something annoying: Took the kids to the library today, all was well until I went to check out our books.... where I was slammed with $10.30 late fee! What in the world???? I knew we were late, but not like 5 years late! I found that fee to be exorbitant, and ridiculous. But I just paid it and left. Why? Because the library always goes so well until check out where the kids start to LOSE it!

Something nice: I actually got to play with just Capri today. We played polly pocket. She's so cute and imaginative. We seized about an hour to play together while JD and Tella took naps. It was nice. I don't get to spend much alone time with Capri anymore... but I need to make that a priority.

  1. I have eaten that "white stuff" on Graham Crackers literally hundreds of times. I just thought it was part of their thing. What did they tell you it was?? I can't say however I ever noticed a different taste...Don't know if I will be eating one again to soon though...WOW that fine DOES seem a little large...it used to be something really low like 15 cents a day or something. Guess that isn't the case anymore...Little Tella seems to have Grandma's arms, haha.....and looks like you might have your swimmer...You will never know how I wish I live closer to your kids so I could have some one on one time with Capri (and JD too) too...I am waitng for the day they are finally old enough they can come stay with Grandma for a few days at a time...Annabel and Lindsey are coming for two or three days next week. yeah!!! How fun for Abby...
