Tella's first haircut

I'm taking a little break from uploading vacation pictures... I know I'm putting a lot on here but I seriously just can't narrow it down!!!

Tella's hair has been growing in a little funny- beautifully blonde- but with a little rat tail and very uneven. I attempted to cut her hair once before, and lets just say I will never do it again. So the rule in our house is that all girls go to the salon for cuts (and color for mommy), and the boys are DIY at home.

So I took Tella to Chloes Carousel for her first cut. She was pretty much stone-faced the whole time, and sat completely still. It's like the girl just knows how to do it, just like she knows how to sit still to have her toes painted (which she absolutely loves!).

This place has great stylists, and a playground/dress up area for the kids in the front. And they always put pretty glitter, flowers, diamonds and ribbons when they're done. This is Tella's face for most of the cut.

She lightened up for a minute....

Look at the finished product! Could she be cuter? I don't think so!
